Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Career Club website at app.gocareer.club, or by downloading and using any associated mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nature of the Service
Career Club is an information aggregator for job openings across the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain). Job posts are sourced from public channels and recruiters. We are NOT an employer, recruitment agency, or intermediary. We do not collect resumes, fees, or personal data from job seekers. All applications happen directly between you and the recruiter through the contact methods displayed on each post.
Free Tools
We offer free tools including a Resume Builder (/resume) and a Career Tips blog (/tips). The Resume Builder runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent to or stored on our servers. The Career Tips blog is read-only educational content. Both tools are free to use without registration.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
We strive to display accurate, current openings, but we cannot guarantee that every post is genuine, up-to-date, or still available. You are responsible for verifying any role with the recruiter or company before applying, sharing personal details, or accepting any offer. Career Club is not responsible for fraudulent or misleading posts published by third parties.
No Fees, No Money Collection
Career Club is free to use. We never charge candidates to apply, view, or be considered for a role. If anyone claiming to represent Career Club asks you for payment, treat it as fraud and report it to us immediately at the email below.
User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job posts through the Post-a-Job form; (c) impersonate any person or company; (d) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; (e) collect data on other users; (f) infringe intellectual property rights of any party.
Submitted Content
Companies who submit jobs through the Post-a-Job form represent that they are authorised to post the role and that the content is accurate. Submitted posts are reviewed by an admin before publication; we may edit, refuse, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Career Club name, logo, design, code, and original content (other than third-party job descriptions) are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Service uses third-party providers including Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, and Resend, and may display advertising from networks such as Google AdSense or Google AdMob. When you tap an Apply button, you are redirected to the recruiter's own email, WhatsApp, or website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service that you reach through these external links.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Club, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including without limitation: missed job opportunities, fraudulent recruiter activity, data loss, or interactions with third parties.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our operations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE, unless local consumer-protection law mandates a different jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
